See the Desktop site on mobile?
- Close your browser.
- Delete your Favorites button on your mobile device
- Click this link: https://www.shiftagent.com/m/sa/
- Re-add the favorite
Private Mode Issue
If you find a screen on your phone that looks like this, simply follow the instructions which we will repost right here so that you can have it on a different screen while you set up your phone.
- Check whether the address bar (bar that says “shiftagent.org”) is dark or light gray.
- If the bar is dark gray, click on it.
- Tap on the tabs button in the bottom right of Safari (it looks like two squares).
- Tap on “Private” in the bottom left to disable Private Browsing Mode.
- Press “Keep All” in the dialog, if you don’t want to close all of your tabs.
- Refresh this page.
Occasionally, you may have a link that expired and you need to reset your mobile browser.
If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the forgot password link on the login screen and follow the instructions.
If you have forgotten your username, it is the email you used when you signed up at work. Worst case scenario, ask your manager what email you gave them for Shift Agent.
