Pay Rates in Shift Agent

• Pay Rates and budget data in Shift Agent serve only as a GUIDE.
• The numbers for budget and man-hours do NOT necessarily reflect  actual hours worked, and therefore can only be used as a scheduled estimation of what an employee should or should not be paid.
• Every employee can have an hourly pay rate assigned to them so that the hours they are scheduled can give you great insight for your labor budget.
• If employees  work the actual hours that they are scheduled, then the budget data in Shift Agent can be an incredibly useful tool in helping you to make sure you are hitting your labor budget target.
• Shift Agent does not currently have Clock-in/Clock-out capability, and so the information is simply a projection of the what the real data would be if the employees work the shifts exactly as you schedule them.
