Shift Bar - Colors
Here is a reference or what the shift bar colors represent on the Scheduling Page:
Flashing Template (Ghost): This potential shift is a part of a template, and it becomes real when it is assigned via Smart Scheduling or Skipped in order to assign it later. You can click to adjust the shift times or dismiss altogether.
Unassigned: This shift is created but is not assigned to an employee yet. To assign someone click the dropdown or the plus sign to bring up the Create Shift window.
Assigned and Unpublished: This shift is assigned but is not published. To publish the shift, click the dropdown and select publish, or simply assign other shifts and use the publish day or week feature.
Conflict from Review: When using the
Review Week conflict checker, shifts will temporarily flash with this color to indicate the shift in question.
