Error - Can't add an employee

Occasionally, you may receive an error message that says that you are unable add an employee because the email for that user is already in the system. The first thing to check is to make sure the spelling of the email address is correct, but if you still can't add the employee, we can help you.

A common reason for not being able to add an employee is if their email address is already being used by Shift Agent.

If you experience this error and you have spelled the email address correctly, please use the Help Desk and the Shift Agent Team can help you solve the issue.
