Consistent Schedules

Shift Agent's recommendation system in Smart Scheduling takes into account the person who worked the shift Last Week.  You will see indicators on the Employee Card and on the person's name in the list.  This is an important component of Shift Agent's overall replacement of the process of basic "copy and paste" of schedules.

The objective of Last Week indicator is to aid in creating more consistent schedules for your employees. Exact Shift: In the case where a shift was on the schedule the week before (exactly the same shift with same position and same start/end times), Shift Agent will display an LW next to their name.

Similar Shift: If the employee worked a shift that is similar, then you will see a "clock" icon next to their name.
